The whole proces: Attendees page availability

Ok i will show the whole proces of ABCMeeting here. This is also info for the designer, Khan, let's see if he's any good ;-)

The first page:

The landing page of the attendee. He can set his preferences by clicking on one of the check boxes. He will see a menu on mouse over:
Ok, if he is not sure when he is available he can check it automatically with Outlook or gMail (a feature for in the future). If he sets up an account, ABCMeeting can do this automatically and could give availability on forehand, anyway the checking should look like this:

He sees the appoitnments before and after the suggestions and ABCMeeting suggest the best one (the colored boxes) he can overule this by clicking on them (just like on the mainpage).

Mock Ups ABCMeeting

I am really really glad that i found out about Balsamiq, a tool to make mock ups. This makes my life so much easier (related to making software, that is). I used this tool to make the mock ups for ABCMeeting. Here there is an example:

This will be the landing page of an attendee of a meeting. Owh ABCMeeting is all about setting up meetings and checking if somebody is available or not (like businessmeetings but also private such as the best day for a trip etc). For now the focus is the checking of the availability, in time the functionalty will grow towards more a place for setting up all the stuff concerning a meeting. But always the focus on keeping it simple, like ABC :).

Anyway. When somebody gets a email with an invitation for a meeting, and he clicks on the link, this is were he will find himself. If you look at the mock up, do you understand it?

The beginning

I will start blogging about the (i hope not painfully) proces of making ABCMeeting, the first solution which will be offered by itslikeABC. itslikeABC is all about solutions which are very very easy to use, basically like ABC ;-). At the moment we are very very very busy with building ABCrm, a CRM solution. Well the developers are very busy, in the mean while i can start with setting up ABCMeeting.
